This Privacy Policy explains how Mokagames ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Merge2048 (the "App").
Mokagames is operated by Maxence Laurencin, an individual based in France. Mokagames is not a separate legal entity.

The App currently does not include advertising, analytics, or account features. As a result, in its current version, we do not knowingly collect any personal data that identifies you directly.

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the relevant age of digital consent in your country, where higher). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at the address above so we can address it.
Depending on your country of residence, you may have rights regarding any personal data we hold about you, including the right to access, correct, or delete that data. Since the App does not currently collect personal data, there is generally no data to act on these rights against — but you can still contact us at any time with questions or requests.

The App is distributed globally via the Google Play Store. If future versions of the App involve data transfers outside your country of residence (for example, through third-party advertising or analytics providers), this policy will be updated to describe the safeguards in place for such transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, in particular as new features (such as advertising or analytics) are added to the App. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
